Mohamed Badreddine has over 17 years of experience as a lawyer in the fields of labour law, employment law, and immigration. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2009, he has developed a specialized practice in labour and employment law, as well as in business immigration, representing employers.

His labour and employment law practice covers all aspects of the field, including issues related to the interpretation and application of collective agreements, as well as the representation of clients before the courts. He also supports companies in their strategic human resources decisions by providing practical legal advice tailored to workforce management. He works with organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Mohamed also acts as a workplace investigator in various employment-related matters, including cases of psychological or sexual harassment.

His immigration law practice involves representing employers in their efforts to recruit temporary foreign workers. He also prepares applications for immigrant investors, entrepreneurs, and skilled workers, and represents immigration candidates before Quebec and Canadian authorities.

He is also the author of more than 80 articles on various topics in these areas.
